About ABA Centers of America
ABA Centers of America provides ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and diagnostic services to people with autism. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources.
How You Will Succeed With Us
The Social Media Manager will use technical and content knowledge to design strategies to increase social media presence and traffic. You will stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years’ social media experience, preferably with multiple brands
- Expertise in social media channels
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., HubSpot٫ BrandWatch, HootSuite, Facebook Meta, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Develop plans to expand the reach of various social media channels for multiple brands
- Coordinate plans with content creators
- Analyze engagement data
- Respond to messages from followers
- Identifying trends in customer interactions
- Increase engagement of existing followers
- Strategize growth plans for new followers
- A/B test content to determine what performs best
- Research potential new target markets
- Create, implement, and maintain campaigns and promote brand interaction and lead generation
- Research current trends and audience preferences
