All Saints HealthCare is searching for a Bachelor degree social worker for a busy adult and pediatric respiratory facility. The qualified social worker will have experience in working with responsible parties, families and residents. The social worker will interact with facility internal departments and state agencies as needed. Dynamic environment with special residents who are ventilator and tracheostomy dependent.

Pay: $17.50 - $35.00 per hour
