Red Canyon Software is looking for a Software Engineer with technical experience of Mission Operation System/Ground Data System Integration and Test, DevOps and Cyber Security with knowledge of industry best practices and methods.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing integration and test support (including mission system software, hardware, networks, facilities, and infrastructure) to meet functional, performance, and interface requirements, and integrates with external systems hardware, software, and users
- Develop integration and test plans, identify test cases for requirement verification, analyze and report issues
- Support test automation using resources/scripting
- Schedule, coordinate and guide of test activities
- Produce all test documentations and deliverables
- Communicate clearly as well as present information or give demonstrations to stakeholders

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, EE, or related technical discipline with a minimum of 6 years of related experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

The candidate will be located in Pasadena, CA
This position requires a U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization
Required Skills:
- Experience with system integration and test verifying requirements
- Experience working with other teams for integrating different components
- Experience with supporting Operations Team
- Experience with Linux OS, command-line interface tools, (CLI), Shell Scripting
- Experience with Python Programming language
- Some knowledge of Robot or any other Test Framework will be a plus
- Experience with Jira, Git, Jenkins, and automation
- Experience with AWS and APIS: Kibana, S3, Lamba, EC2, AWS CLI, Containers, Elastic Search
