Job Essential Functions:

• Demonstrate a passion for innovation, a sophisticated understanding of electronic equipment and systems, and the ability to further advance the United States Postal Service's technology
• Create data and software test plans and test cases
• Execution of software and data testing and promotion procedures for quality assurance, stage, and production environments
• Ensure all applicable business rules are satisfied
• Identified, analyze and report defects – Provides evidence artifacts
• Verify resolution of software and specification defects
• Quality assurance and quality control tasks
• Maintenance of a library for standard data files regression testing
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in area of specialty (Schools and degree programs must be listed as US Accredited by a US board of accreditation such as ABET)
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the field or a related area
• Experience using MS Office Suite software (Word, Excel, and Access) and specialized software programs.
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug test
• Candidates must meet eligibility requirements as candidates will be processed for a Public Trust clearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
