The Role:The Spa and Service Coordinator at Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) will greet and welcome spa & recovery guests to ensure an excellent first and lasting impression. In addition, this role will work with the Member Experience Manager, GM, and Regional Spa Manager to lead and motivate the spa technicians to meet and exceed personal and company objectives as set forth in both the employee and spa practitioner’s handbook. The Spa and Service Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent and efficient customer service to staff. The position also supports all customer service team members to ensure our guests have an exemplary customer service experience.
The Prime Directive of all FFC staff is to gain and retain members. To that end, the quantifiable goal and how success will be evaluated for this position centers around this directive.
Required Shift(s): Wednesdays - Fridays from 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturdays - Sundays from 9 am to 6 pm.
