The Role:
The Visionworks Doctor Operations team is the brains of our exam planning and is dedicated to ensuring our offices have all the tools/communications to create the best possible journey for every patient that visits us. We’re looking for a new Specialist, Doctor Operations to support here! This person is knowledgeable about operational efficiencies, can communicate broad practice trends and observations upward, and can take partnerships across departments to drive/implement change initiative to help grow our clinical business in new and relocating stores!

• Support doctor practices through efficient operations in the areas of new store design, store expansion, strategic priorities like telehealth implementation, equipment management, doctor training and development, IT strategy, and doctor-related marketing.
• With the leadership of the Director of Doctor Ops Services, work with cross functional teams and OD field leaders to execute doctor programs and ensure corporate initiatives are successful and implemented according to roll out schedules.
• Initiate solutions to business opportunities that impact sales and patient service.
• Knowledgeable and demonstrates abilities in explaining optical products, services, equipment function and maintenance to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination or experience and education
• Three, or more years of related experience Retail or Healthcare industry preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and systems
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support new, relocating, or closing stores across the organization
