Senior Ecommerce Manager Fresh

Kennicott Brothers is seeking a Sr. Ecommerce Manager to join their growing ecommerce staff. This individual will be responsible for driving the success of the fresh flower ecommerce business. This individual will have responsibility for:
- Manage direct reports and agency/external relationships
- Deep knowledge of working on websites with ERPs and understanding efficient technical and business solutions
- SME on differentiators for e-commerce to make recommendations for online business
- Accountable for determining and meeting or exceeding budget plans for all fresh websites
- Developing and executing all ecommerce-related marketing calendar activity, collaborating with marketing and operations to execute marketing strategies for ecommerce
- Create and analyze all KPIs to make informed decisions on business, including, customer journeys, shopping metrics, and product mix
- Oversee execution of routine site maintenance including new item creation, pricing/margins, prebooks, new vendor adds, freight adjustments, and content refreshes
- Project manage any site enhancements, determining & developing work across all websites for successful implementation and internal & customer adoption
- Work closely with Fresh sourcing department to understand vendors, assortment, margins, and upcoming opportunities, or shortages, to maximize ecommerce sales
- Coordinate with Fresh sourcing department to ensure shipping and logistics align with customer facing online experience
- Build & foster relationship with Regional Managers to consistently react to customer and location feedback to create future roadmaps for the long-term strategy of our online fresh business.
- Consistently review the Fresh websites with an analytical eye to suggest, and work with, platform partners for site improvements to grow the business; manage budget and timelines through successful implementation
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree along with 7+years of Ecommerce management experience within a non-durable perishable industry
- Floral industry experience a plus
- Project Management experience within ERP environments
- Buying and inventory management, a plus
- Ability to manage both internal and external resources
- Experience creating and analyzing KPIs
- Power user of Excel
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
- Ability to build and develop relationships with all levels within the organization
