Renovo Solutions, LLC is currently seeking experienced chromatography engineers and technicians to be part of our team at several critical customer locations. We also are lookign for experienced engineers with Agilent and Waters hardware/software experience.

The position will be based at a primary customer site where 50% or more of your time will be spent. You will be required to work at additional customer locations in the immediate geographic area, with little or no overnight travel required. Great communication skills, thoroughness, attention to detail, and working with a team are essential to success in this position.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the total maintenance and repair of multi-vendor liquid and gas chromatography systems, with the willingness and ability to train on new products. This includes moves, preventative maintenance, qualifications, and remedial repairs of equipment. Thorough and timely documentation of all activity is essential.

• Diagnose and resolve any customer issue / service concern
• Perform maintenance and repair
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Proactively demonstrate techniques to the customer to ensure reliability

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor, Master’s degree within the science or engineering field. For example chemistry, biochemistry, biology, electrical / electronic engineering. Consideration will be given to candidates with 2-year degrees + experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar position and/or experience as an end-user of analytical equipment
• Experience with gas and liquid chromatography regardless of manufacturer
• Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving in complex situations

Compensation:

Renovo Solutions, LLC offers competitive compensation to attract and retain the best talent. The total compensation and benefit package will be reviewed with qualified candidates, including the following highlights.

· Base salary: $100k to $140k compensate with experience.

· Sign-on Bonus: $10k, payable at six and twelve months, performance based.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
