We are working with one of our Super Star Clients to identify a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiting) individual for our client in the Houston area. This role may require 10% travel and may require your coming into offices located in SE Houston and Downtown from time to time. This is a new role with lots of opportunity for growth!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Individual must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Lead the full life cycle of the recruiting process for to support the Global Talent Acquisition function;
• Experience sourcing for: Drivers, Sales, Support, Corporate and Executive, Field
• Handle up to 25+ requisitions at one time
• Partner with Hiring Managers to learn critical aspects of open position, indicators or success, and ideal candidate profile;
• Develop recruitment strategies from workforce planning initiatives;
• Manage requisitions accordingly to the Applicant Tracking System and subsequent job board sites;
• Perform sourcing for qualified candidates to fill requisitions and build a pipeline of candidates;
• Recruit, contact, screen, and interview candidates;
• Plan, coordinate and attend recruitment fairs as needed;
• Participate in industry associations and symposiums to further build relationships with potential talent;
• Develop and lead university recruitment efforts by partnering with colleges and universities to cultivate talent at early stages;
• Develop and lead military recruitment efforts by partnering with local and regional military bases and outplacement services;
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws and regulations;

Education, Experience Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience that provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work;
• Five (5) years of related experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a sales/industrial organization;

Salary $80K - $89K plus 10% bonus
