Stadium Conversion Crew (Part-Time)
Job Description
As part of the Stadium Conversion crew, you will work directly with the Stadium Operations Department to assist with scheduling, organizing, and coordinating of all events at Toyota Stadium and Soccer Center, with an emphasis on event day logistics. Event day logistics include locker room set-up, table and chair set-up, pre-game and post-game operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Stadium Operations Department with game day operations to include set up, tear down and event management.
- Typical set-up activities include putting out tables and chairs, barricades, pipe and drape, erecting tents, helping with audio-visual equipment plus any other operational needs around the stadium.
- Setting clubs and other areas for gameday and private events.
- Coordinating with Complex Manager or other departments to ensure proper usage for events and team activities.
- Being able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

- Passionate and knowledgeable about sports and stadium/event operations.
- A problem-solver, creative, and customer-service oriented.
- Be a hard worker willing to show initiative on all assigned tasks.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to nights, weekends, and some holidays if needed in all outdoor weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Ability to explain and enforce operating policies and procedures to fans, parents, coaches, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Must be able work under minimal supervision while prioritizing and organizing work activities that must be completed in a timely manner.
- Event management experience is a plus.
