An organization in the Mt.Pleasant area is in need of temporary assistance for an entry-level tax/accounting position.

The role is onsite for training and then will be hybrid.

The entry-level tax/accounting position will be responsible for:

Preparing taxes for the accounting dept for all 50 states, plus Guam and PR.
Prepare taxes for 2 companies working on 1040.
Process quarterly and annual taxes

• BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required
• Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required
• Tax background (even if it is minimal, and they took a tax class) or general accounting background.
