Curinos is looking for an accounting professional who will be responsible for various aspects of general ledger accounting, including preparation of monthly reports, journal entries and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will be pursuing their CPA, have a roll-up- your sleeves attitude, and be a collaborative team member. You will have significant interaction with the Senior Accountant, the Manager, Accounting (Technical, Financial Reporting and Compliance) and the Controller and future advancement opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Month end activities including accruals and reversals, analysis, and amortization of prepaid accounts.
• Prepare daily journal entries and cash application.
• Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain monthly bank account reconciliations.
• Assist with yearly external audits
• Prepare payroll journal entries and reconciliations
• Perform special ad-hoc projects as requested by the team
• Assist with the cash disbursements process
• Perform depreciation and amortization of fixed assets

The salary range for this role is 81K to 90K

Candidates should have the following background, skills, and qualities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or related accounting experience
• CPA – eligible and/or actively pursuing
• Proficiency with Excel
• Detail orientated – must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills
