ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- This position will perform functions within the following departments: EVS, Slots, Bingo, Hotel, Players Club, Food and Beverage, Warehouse.
- Will receive tips when performing duties in a tipping position.
- Must be able to train in multiple areas in order to offer professional and accurate service to our guests.
- Demonstrate proficiency and accuracy when performing transactions with money and/or filling out required paperwork.
- Interact effectively and professionally with guest and team members at all times.
- Assists other departments in accommodating customer service needs
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Title 31 and Regulatory Requirements.
- Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, promotions and high stakes slots to our customers
- Maintain a consistent, punctuality and regular attendance record.
- This position requires flexibility in hours and days worked.

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Strength to move up to 25 lbs at a time. Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of 8 hours and maneuver in the casino. Visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer complaints or questions. Must be able to work any shift¸ weekend, holidays and special events as needed. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Must have the patience to deal with all types of customers and to handle any questions or complaints. Consistently provide a high degree of prompt, considerate and courteous customer service by means of acknowledgement and accommodation.
