Gifford & Cox, LLC, a full-service public accounting firm with offices in North Platte and McCook, Nebraska and Windsor, Colorado, provides tax, accounting and audit services to small business owners, specializing in ag-related businesses, medical practices, and family businesses.

Due to continued growth, we're currently seeking self-motivated team players to lead tax engagements. Working directly with clients, while providing strategic business consulting, responsibilities include:

• Prepare individual and corporate returns for clients mainly in agriculture and related small businesses
• Conduct tax research and planning
• Identify and resolve tax issues
• Develop and cultivate professional client relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of recent public accounting tax experience (supervisory experience is a plus)
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem solving and client service skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
