Job Overview:

We are looking for a Student Associate to support our Influencer and Affiliate teams. This position will include recruitment, troubleshooting, campaign management, monitoring and reporting for both the Influencer and Affiliate channels. This person should be hard working, conscientious, responsible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Influencer and Affiliate teams.
• Influencer
• Influencer Research
• Assist with analyzing Instagram content performance
• Troubleshooting / answering questions from Influencers
• Collecting, uploading and organizing deliverables and assets
• Analyzing performance metrics
• Oversee and manage promotional calendars
• Assist in day to day management of the Resident Home Affiliate programs including but not limited to; overseeing all network functions: sending out newsletters, approve applications, data feed management, missing action inquiries & reporting.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Exceptional ability to manage details
• Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
