Specific responsibilities include:
Commitment to a strong team culture: Building, motivating and leading a high-performing team that genuinely cares about the health and wellness of every customer. Leading studio staff to achieve financial, operational and customer service goals. Ensuring studio systems, processes and policies are followed consistently. Provide training, guidance and confident leadership. Maintaining a professional and impeccable clinic environment for employees and customers.
About You:
WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 2-3 YEARS OF DIRECT MANAGEMENT AND HIRING EXPERIENCE IN A CUSTOMER FOCUSED SALES ENVIRONMENTS OVER A LARGE GROUP, WITH AN AVERAGE OF 15-30 PLUS EMPLOYEES, AND A VERY STRONG WORK ETHIC.

- Previous retail sales and customer service experience
- Membership sales experience a plus

POSITION: Requirements * 2+ years of retail sales or fitness sales experience. * Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales * Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner * Ability to manage and drive revenue streams: wellness memberships, * Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email. * Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment. * Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement. * An affinity and passion for health. * Solid writing and grammar skills. * Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. * Professional, punctual, reliable and neat. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information. * Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public. * Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
DUTIES * Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking * Implement sales process to schedule new employees into Sales 2.0 training* Manage staff schedule * Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio is stocked with accurate inventory counts *Hire/Manage all employees at the studio * Independently make decisions related to high level customer service * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Massage Studio (this also includes all massage rooms) * Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions * Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
Compensation: Base salary $42,500-$55,000 based on experience & performance, PLUS commission paid on sales. * Opportunity to bonus, based on performance *
