Weekly Nurses and Weekend Nurse
Summer Camp Nurse (Weekly and Weekends) Join us for an exciting and rewarding experience, where you can make a difference in a girl’s life? Camp Nurse is responsible for Review camper medical history/ forms before arrival and contacting parents with questions, opening day check-in of campers, being available near the Health Center 24 hours a day and responding to emergencies, responsible for the general health and safety of all camp personnel and campers, and distribution of daily medications.
Requirements:
- Current R.N. Maine License or ability to obtain
- Must be age 21 or older
- Clean driving record
Training Provided
- Nursing Staff Orientation for new and returning nurses
Dates of employment:
- Weekly nurse positions available from Sunday at 9:00am, ending Saturday 9:30a m
- Week 1: July 2-8,
- Week 2: July 9-15,
- Week 3: July 16-22,
- Week 4: July 23-29
- Week 5: July 30 to August 5
Weekend Nurse positions available: Saturday 9:00 am ending Sunday 6:00 pm.

Physical requirements:
Ability and willingness to perform tasks that involve the ability to exert physical effort, which may involve bending, lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderate weight (up to 40 pounds). Regular standing and prolonged periods of walking on rough and uneven terrain at camp is required.
