Take Out Specialist Job at Sicilian Oven
This is a tipped position in addition to hourly pay. Seeking a Host/Take Out Specialist who will be responsible for greeting and seating customers, as well as collecting payments and packing take-out orders. Proficient knowledge of restaurant menu, beverages and food preparation helpful. The ideal candidate for this position is also responsible for providing excellent customer service and responding to any special requests from customers.
Responsibilities:
- Use advanced math skills and computing technology to process transactions and complete forms.
- Deal with customers and respond to their questions and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers through verbal, non-verbal, and written communication.
- Actively listen to topics discussed by customers.
- Handle cash accurately and maintain a positive working relationship with co-workers, vendors, and management.
- Adhere to official company policies and procedures.
- Assist restaurant management in maintaining a clean work area.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $7.98 - $10.00 per hour
