Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Deliver Tax Optimization Plans to individuals, small and medium businesses
- Be able to review business and personal tax returns for small business clients from the initial meeting through the delivery and filing of returns
- Manage staff accountants
- Communicate with clients
- Organize and update the tax database
- Research and update the KMS with tax optimization solutions
- Review tax entries of associates into accounting software
- Understand and apply tax reduction strategies
- Review of financial statements
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Tax Preparation Experience is a Must
- Proven work experience as a Team manager
- Advanced knowledge of the tax code for individuals and small business
- Must be a licensed tax preparer, EA, or CPA
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- QuickBooks accounting software experience
- Computer literacy, numerical skills, and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
