Parker-Anderson Enrichment, Southern California's leading after school enrichment provider for over 25 years, is looking for responsible and dynamic instructors to teach classes to elementary and middle school students throughout Los Angeles and Ventura County.
We specialize in STEM and Culinary, in addition to some Art and Fitness classes.
Job Description
You will primarily be working in-person with groups of 6-20 K-5 students teaching fun activities!
We are in need of After School Teachers who are knowledgeable and can instruct ANY of the following subjects in Claremont and surrounding areas:
Science (Chemistry, Green Science Robotics, Marine Bio, Rocket Science, Inventors' Workshop)
Technology - MINECRAFT, Videogames
Fitness
Basketball
Art
Anime
Sculpture
Robotics
Math
Cooking
Magic
LEGO
Chess
Secret Agents
and many others
All training is paid and all curriculums are provided!
Ideal Candidate
The in-person Kids After School Teacher position is perfect for anyone who has an interest and passion for working to improve, educate and entertain K-6th grade youth.
This job is also great for anyone who is looking to build their experience in an educational field!
Availability Needed and Hours Offered
3+ weekday afternoons
6 to 12 hours of work per week total based on two hour after school classes
Easy Interview Requirements
Experience leading groups of kids - teaching preferred
18 and over
Fully vaccinated (COVID), in the process, or willing
Good email communication
