Responsibilities

- Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance services
- Make recommendations for additional services based on a detailed inspection
Requirements
Experience
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Automotive and/or quick lube experience preferred, but not required
- Retail and/or Customer Service experience
- Proficient with computers and technology
- Education - High school diploma, minimum
Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Friendly, engaging demeanor.
- Consistent work quality
- Adaptable to various positions (i.e. cashier, lube tech, leadership)
