Paradis is looking for team members with positive attitude and who is passionate about customer service. Paradis’s goal is to provide a unique experience to each individual customer consistently. Focusing on service while creating an enjoyable environment for our customer and employee.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Food handler certificate
• Ability to act with a customer’s first attitude and provide customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Must be a team player
• Have an outgoing and friendly attitude
• Be a positive thinker. Able to think fast and resolve problems.
• Be able to read and comprehend instructions.
• Basic understanding of computer skills in order to operate a point of sale system.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must have reliable method of transportation to work
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended period of time.
• Must have the ability to learn and follow rules of sanitary food handling and personal sanitation.
• Each team member is required to learn all operational aspects of Paradis.

These duties include, but not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Preparing, packaging, serving ice cream, milkshakes and serve samples.
• Cleaning and maintaining healthy-safe store environment
• Restocking supplies
• Becoming knowledgeable about all products/menu
• Operating POS system
• Opening and closing procedures
• Counting the register, and ensuring the deposit is placed in the drop box.

• Occasionally around wet slippery floors or surfaces.
• Occasionally working with others.

COMPENSATION: $14.00 to start + tips.
