Qualifications:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Level Technical Project Manager to support MARFORPAC at Camp Smith, HI to work onsite in support of the Knowledge Management Section.
Provide technical leadership for the Information & Knowledge Management (IKM) Section, including the direction of SharePoint, Command and Control (C2) integration, and other enterprise systems.- Work closely with other Divisions/Sections to plan and facilitate requirements gathering, system migrations, application development projects, and other IKM initiatives.
- Provides support to enterprise-wide integrations for Information Management initiatives and coordinates with section and branch leads to recommend best utilization of current and future systems.
- Recommend application related best business practices for solutions/product support services, provide guidance to shape and develop services to support the command.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, communicating project status to executive management (technical and functional), and prioritizing the workload of IKM technical team.
- Understand integration, including C2 Systems, collaborative tools, and information and knowledge management principles.
- Provide oversight and support for IKM team members ensuring the team understands the priorities and project deadlines as changes occur.
- Monitor production system incidents and ensure issues are resolved in accordance with established processes.
- Work with users to assist and resolve issues or queries on a day-to-day basis.
- Leads requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, and testing of new applications/products.
- Experience using and customizing SharePoint with the ability to support new capabilities and functionality for SharePoint to drive IKM objectives.
- Develops and presents briefings to team, senior leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Support customer facing engagement with MARFORPAC and other agencies to facilitate development and expansion of IKM presence within the theater.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:

BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7 (will consider HS +14 in lieu of degree)
- Must have experience leading technical teams and projects.
- Understand configuration and change management.
- Must have DOD Secret security clearance and be able obtain a TS/SCI
Preferred Skills:
- Experience configuring SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, pages, and views and providing custom solutions according to business needs.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, including content types, Metadata, query languages, managed properties and webparts.
- Experience in developing solutions which can be integrated into multiple Teams & M365 services.
- Possess or able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
- PMP and Sec+ CE certifications desired.
