Mimecast is looking for an energetic Technical Trainer responsible for playing a role in the development, upkeep, and delivery of technical content and courseware for Mimecast Customers, Partners and Customer Operations staff. We are looking for a professional Trainer who is able to equally distribute their time, efforts and skills across three main components of the role namely: Face-to-face classroom and virtual training, Video creation and editing for out Learning Management platform , as well as Internal Skills Development.
What You'll Do:
  • Deliver Customer and Partner training on Mimecast Products
  • Deliver Internal Training for technical, product and other Company related topics
  • Manage internal team skills development (Customer Operations Induction)
  • Play an active role in updating details in Learning Management System for prospects, attendees and cancellations
  • Contact customers (via email) to suggest alternative dates and times for relevant training
  • Training resource planning and management where required such as: maintaining training resource materials (manuals, slide decks and videos) and manuals, stationary, merchandising, catering, venue booking, and certificates required for classroom training
  • Achievement of Training KPI’s :
    • Ensuring that there are as many customers attending the training sessions as possible
    • Arranging virtual training requirements including Zoom booking within personal calendar
  • Establishing relationships with stakeholders (internal and external), which may include face-to-face engagement
  • Reporting monthly statistics to the Manager, Global Technical Enablement Team regarding courses conducted, training attendance and relevant communication to generate more interest in training regionally
  • Work closely with team managers and leads to ensure induction and other training programs meet departmental, customer and partner needs
  • Create, iterate, and moderate content on the internal departmental knowledge sharing platforms
What You'll Need:
  • Training and content delivery experience both virtual and face-to-face
  • Training administration
  • Previous experience in a fast paced and demanding Training role
  • High Customer Service drive
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Experience with Audio/Visual Editing Tools a plus
  • Fast and efficient execution skills with good structure, discipline and organization
  • Ability to lead both large and small groups in enablement activities
