Duties of a Recruitment Consultant

• Networking, networking, networking! You’ll be speaking to lots of new people and be responsible for building up your own candidate talent pool and expanding opportunities with existing candidates.

• Identifying candidates for pain points and offering adequate solutions.

• Working to deadlines, agreed in advance on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Collaborating with the Sales team to maximise candidate exposure to internal accounts

• Assisting top technology businesses in finding the right staff
