As a Terminal Manager, you are responsible for the daily management of terminal operations, including dispatch and driver supervision; customer service and satisfaction; billing and terminal profitability.

Essential functions:

• Supervising daily dispatch functions (i.e. assisting with decision making and driver management).
• Driver recruitment, retention, payroll, correcting settlement issues, maintenance, and enforcement of safety compliance.
• Monitoring dispatched loads to ensure equipment coverage and availability.
• Customer Service in regards to rates, service, and resolution.
• Monitoring terminal expenses and revenue.

Minimum Education:

• Business Degree preferred, HS Diploma required

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Supervisory experience in a trucking environment

• 5+ years bulk tank truck experience preferred

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Strong business acumen

• Working knowledge of budgets (P&Ls)

• Problem solver
