This community-based alternative to incarceration allows adolescents to stay in their homes while receiving individual and family counseling as well as case management services with an emphasis on school performance and career development.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in a clinical area (i.e., psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family)
- Valid driver’s license, proof of personal insurance, acceptable driving record, and access to personal transportation to meet with clients in a variety of locations
Essential Functions
- Provide clinical and case management services in individual, group, and family therapy mode
- Perform thorough psychosocial assessments
- Willing to work with families and clients during non-traditional hours in a variety of settings including offices, schools, client’s homes, or other approved community locations
- Consult with other staff regarding appropriate mode of treatment and interventions with the client
- Maintain cooperative relationships with the treatment community, juvenile probation department, and other necessary and authorized agencies
- Assist in the provision of treatment services
- Ensure the content of client files is in full compliance
- Complete all required documentation in the electronic health record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31,408.00 - $40,060.00 per year
