SWP is looking for a Traffic Control person willing to be a supervisor. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing traffic control operations, lane closures, road closures, setting signs and devices, per MUTCD's and in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations.

What you will be doing

• Currently certified as a Traffic Control Supervisor through ATSSA and be able to maintain certification. SWP is willing to help you become certified.
• Ensure that tasks are completed in accordance with all applicable company, local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
• Ability to set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality and productivity for the Project Team.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret complex and detailed construction and traffic control plans.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to be effective and efficient.

What will top candidates bring to the table?

• 1 years or more traffic control experience in the Construction industry
• Current certified through ATSSA and or be able to receive a certificate.
