Trainer/Instructional Designer Job at XLC Services
Duties and Responsibilities
The responsibility of the Trainer/ Instructional Designer is to lead the Work Procedures Training and Jobs Knowledge process in our Manufacturing Operations facility. The Instructional Leader will integrate Standard Operating Process guidelines with technology and media tools to help make the transition into the Safety and Work Processes properly documented and thoroughly understood. Interactive instruction and continual follow up training schedule and curriculum is essential in this role. Must define and document learning objectives.

Conduct research and collaborate with subject experts.

Create instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides or training manuals.

Design content to optimize learning.

Redesign content to ensure it matches the learner’s needs.

Create visual, audio and interactive learning tools.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Communication or Education.
Teaching, writing, training or web designing experience helpful
Experience in graphic design
A good understanding of learning management
