Responsibilities include:

• Provide solutions to firm questions
• Maintain and update training/orientation manual
• Create content for nano-videos
• Record and edit nano-videos
• Assist with scheduling management
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Office help guides
• Conduct Microsoft Office training internally
• Assist with onboarding new employees

• 2-5 years of public accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for maintaining/building relationships and managing firm expectations
• Experience with CCH software, Tax, Workstream, Engagement, Practice, preferred
