Required skills Trizetto communication services and facets skill set. Project and business leader for TCS work stream. This person is charged with driving requirements gathering interfacing with TCS tech the client and third party print vendor to ensure all positions are included in E2E letter fulfillment. The position requires the candidate to demonstrate solid analytical skills with a special focus on correspondence and communications in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate has publishing experience with respect to authoring workflows as well as developing content using XML or database driven approaches. In depth understanding of reporting and communication best practices. Advanced or Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign. Ability to think quickly, troubleshoot and solve new problems. Provide advice and expertise on highly complex Medicare and commercial letter issues such as triggering mechanisms and design.
