Sangre de Cristo Community Care is looking for a Full Time Unit Clerk to join our team at the Joni Fair Hospice House. Responsibilities;
- The unit clerk is primarily responsible for serving as a first impression to persons upon entering the Hospice House or calling Sangre de Cristo Community Care after business hours
- Acts as a resource to patients, families, referral sources after hours and directs calls to staff as appropriate. Provides administrative support to staff after business hours.

Shift is 7AM-7:30PM with a rotating schedule working every other weekend.

- Flexibility and availability to work a rotating weekend schedule
- At least 1 year of hospice or home health experience preferred.
