SUMMARY
The Promotions Manager ensures the creation, management, and analysis of the promotional efforts within the US. The Promotions Manager is specifically involved in increasing engagement and sales with Brand Partners and Customers through managing promotions, campaigns, limited-time incentives, offers and seasonal collections within Young Living.

PROMOTIONS 55%
1. Manage promotions and offers calendar for the US market
2. Working with stakeholder in the Operations and Sales teams to develop promotions that drive sales and help maintain proper inventory levels
3. Forecast promotions, incentives, and branded merchandise
4. Manage promotional campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
5. Initiate projects for promotional offers with Global Marketing teams; assist with reviewing and approving at each stage of producing communications and collateral
6. Collaborate with partners and Global and in the US on common promotions to find alignment where possible
7. Manage promotions and offers calendar for Canadian market
SEASONAL CATALOGUE 30%
1. Work with Senior Manager to ideate and create seasonal collections and other limited time offers
2. Develop theming for seasonal catalogues
3. Coordinate with US and other markets to develop branded merchandise
ANALYSIS 10%
1. Participate in monthly Demand Planning meeting (S&OP)
2. Other duties as required
EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGNS 5%
1. Take lead with United States team to ideate campaign offers to promote Young Living products and business opportunities
2. Identify marketing tactics to promote education of products to Brand Partners and Customers
3. Collaborate with corporate marketing team to increase engagement with social, email and training & education

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office and retail environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, photocopiers, shredders, and filing cabinets. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to use manual dexterity to handle, feel, and operate objects, tools, and controls and reach with hands and arms. This individual is frequently required to stand, talk, and hear. Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to type, file, and lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee must be physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite or available online. The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a two to four-year college or university, and one to three years’ experience in sales and marketing is preferred. Direct selling experience preferably in sales and marketing. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.
