The Value Stream Manager implements company lean Six Sigma and DFT continuous improvement efforts to ensure a safe work environment, maximize profitable growth, drive quality improvements, provide premier customer service, develop a technically qualified work force, reduce operating costs, inventories and lead times through continuous improvements. This position also oversees day-to-day activities to meet daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly expectations. This role possesses broad responsibility and leadership for multiple diverse areas of assembly and/or fabrication.

The Successful Value Stream Manager IV Will Meet the Following Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; Masters is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development and/or Business Management
- Lift truck operation principles and design architecture
- Customer applications and value proposition in global markets
- Familiarity with HYG and competitors
- Continuous Improvement
- Business Management
- Operations Management
- Personnel Management, communication and presentation skills, leadership ability in a matrix organization
