You will build and lead an experienced recruiting team in finding the right talent for our exponentially growing assets. Our aggressive growth plan requires multiple facilities to be opened and staffed in an expanding number of states. We’re currently servicing 11 service areas across 4 states. Our growth will add on 6 service areas across 2 states in the quarter. Within 36 months we will service 50 areas across 12 states while employing +3500 new team members
The VP of Recruiting will develop and implement a process rich environment to handle all aspects of the recruiting cycle - Including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for interviews and for hire.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Collaborate and partner with senior-level managers on staffing needs
- Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates, including networking, social media, university relations, conferences, referrals, and other creative methods
- Improvising and improving the selection process by holding the team members accountable for identifying and assessing candidates, tracking applicants through the sales funnel, conducting pre-screens, facilitating interviews, and gathering candidate and client (Hiring managers) feedback
- Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management
- Utilize KPIs to ensure and improve conversion rates
- Partner with Marketing to create the ABA Centers of America, ABA Centers of Florida, ABA Centers of Pennsylvania, and ABA Centers of Massachusetts brand for all recruiting purposes and events
- Collaborate with hiring managers and copywriters to create accurate job descriptions
- Counsel the hiring manager in final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes
- Update and maintain administrative responsibilities such as applicant tracking system data entry, and generating reports to present to the C-Suite
- Manage the entire recruiting process for all open positions, including corporate office and field-staffing needs across all assets
Education and Experience required
+10 years of experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt positions in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
Master’s degree in Human Resources management or related and relevant field
Highly proficient computer skills working with various computer applications, including MS Office, UKG, LinkedIn and Indeed
Ability to comprehend results of cognitive ability and Personality assessments
Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g., pay and benefits, recruiting, training, and development)
Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
