FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community we serve in!


Position Summary: Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed care, support and services to Lucys Hearth Family Shelter residents; children, youth, and adults, who have experienced victimization. Complete intake assessments, safety plans and referrals for residents. Provide trauma-informed care with Lucys Hearth families, develop and implement trauma-informed programming to residents. Participates in the Lucys Hearth on-call rotation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in human and or social services.
  • Training in trauma-informed care strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with homeless families and or victims of crime preferred.
  • Possession of a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance required.
  • Bilingual skills highly desired.
