Western Flyer Xpress is seeking a VP of Customer Service to join our team in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Transportation Industry experience, with a focus in Account Management and Customer Service. We are willing to pay relocation for the right candidate!
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing day to day operations of customer service and account management department
- Works with top-level executives to execute best in class customer service
- Works with senior leadership to develop short and long term goals for the company
- Manages team to improve customer relationships, satisfaction, and company response time
- Leads, develops, and mentors management team in their department
- Leverages reports and data to collaborate with other departments
- Recommends and implements customer facing initiatives and operational improvements
- Responsible for department budgeting and hiring
- Drives top and bottom line results through team development and workflow analysis
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of Transportation Industry experience
- Extensive experience in customer service, account management, or client relations
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to Oklahoma City
- Strong management skills
- Excellent people skills
