Vice President Sales and Operations
Our client is a founder-owned and operated designer, marketer and distributor of commercial restaurant equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and products. This 30-year-old organization is headquartered in an Atlanta suburb.
We are helping them recruit an individual who will eventually be responsible for leading all customer-facing activities, although initially he/she will focus on their retail store, leading a staff of about 20. In the future they will develop and lead the e-commerce function. This individual will execute the retail operational strategies to achieve revenue growth, ensure high customer service and maintain profit margins.
Requirements:
- 10+ years industrial sales experience, with 3+ years leading a small sales team
- Retail sales experience
- Restaurant experience is a plus
- Fluency in Mandarin
- High motivation and determination to succeed
- Careful, detail oriented and delivers what they commit
- Ability to develop associates
- Undergraduate degree is desirable
