This is a key leadership position in our Strategy organization and will provide leadership and direction with the aim of driving and achieving Teradata’s corporate strategy. This leader will be responsible for tackling the largest, most complex, and often ambiguous challenges at the company, requiring deep thought expertise, complex problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has core problem solving abilities applicable to a broad range of topics in the tech/software industry, deep experience in several functions, whether in industry or in consulting, and experience leading cross-functional teams on strategic topics.

You will bring a collaborative mindset and broad perspective every day to create best in class strategy development process coupled with your experience leading cross-functional teams in a global technology company to analyze and solve complex problems. You will do this by:

Lead a team to ongoingly identify incremental or unaddressed sources of value and build alignment on the priority of topics to take on to accelerate Teradata’s growth or improve operational effectiveness

Translate agreed upon opportunities into projects with cross-functional senior stakeholders to identify and resolve underlying issues, and operationalize new approaches, leading to significant improvements in the selected areas, informed by internal and industry best practices

Develop, maintain, and excite a network of senior leaders across the organization who are responsible for implementing our strategy
