Job Title

TIG is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate / Driver to join our unique team of talented individuals. Our warehouse team members are vital to the operations of the business and you will be supported by an energetic, core group of warehouse professionals. There is no weekend work, only Mon-Fri (hours Mon-Fri 8-5). Safety is a priority and TIG follows all safety protocols, including CDC guidelines as it relates to COVID-19.

Duties and responsibilities

Working under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, responsibilities include:

Shipping and Receiving: Unload, move, and load product boxes. Heavy lifting involved. Follow procedures for recording product received and shipped. Interaction with Oracle database system is required.

Delivery: Go on delivery runs to customers as needed, at scheduled and unscheduled times. This will frequently require driving the TIG truck.

Other: Keep work area clean and orderly. Other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Desired Skills and Abilities

• Task management skills.
• Ability to follow direction and perform repetitive tasks with minimal error.
• Ability to perform repeated heavy lifting.
• Ability to drive a forklift.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience as warehouse clerk or similar position required

Knowledge / Training and Certifications

• Oracle training required (TIG provides training).
• Forklift driver certification a plus.

Education

• High school diploma / GED required.

Driver’s License

Required, with clean driving record

Travel Requirements

50% Driving of Company Vehicle
