Warehouse Associate - Full Time Job at DOCS Health
We are seeking full time Warehouse Associates for our busy warehouse in Belton, Texas that manages supplies and maintenance of medical equipment used across the country for the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP).

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory control of clinical supplies and equipment.
- Work closely with our internal team, and vendors.
- Understand operation of mobile practice (MP) vehicle(s).
- Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager, Event Managers, and Asset Managers regarding equipment, inventory, and administrative requirements.
- Complete checklists for mobile practice vehicles and equipment being prepared to ship/deliver before and after each scheduled function.
- Ensure all dental equipment, laptops, sensors, printers, and copiers are in working order, and report deficiencies.
- Ensure x-ray machines are fully functional and maintained according to state and federal regulations.
- Ensure all equipment is properly tied down for transport to/from each location.
- Ensure accurate and timely shipment of supplies and equipment to the event site.
- Return all equipment and supplies to the assigned locations upon completion of the event.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, self-motivation, organization, and resourcefulness while maintaining a reputation through proven action of being team oriented and willing to assist where/when needed.
- Wear safety equipment, follow current good manufacturing practices, perform proper forklift inspections, follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures, and communicate safety issues and concerns.
- Valid/current Class B driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Independent worker who has ability to multi-task and to think outside the box
- Flexible regarding schedule changes, environmental changes, and sudden work schedule changes
- Able to solve problems by applying basic knowledge and technology
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong ability and communication skills to perform in a fast paced, dynamic working environment
- Strong work ethic and sense of teamwork
- Strong interpersonal skills that allow the person to maintain respectful, compassionate, positive, and friendly attitudes towards coworkers and customers
- Attention to detail and accuracy; accurately read product codes and labels and correctly pick & load the correct quantity of products for shipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Easy Office
- Current Forklift Certification

- Employee is required to have an unexpired driver’s license to travel by vehicle and/or fly to the location of the event because most locations need to be traveled to.
- Position is performed on mostly in the warehouse but may also be at client locations which may include, but is not limited to: military bases, armories, parking lots and mobile practice vehicles and may require government identification to enter and/or drive upon.
