Warehouse Operations Associate - Shrewsbury, MA

KMM, a leading provider of logistics and network services to the U.S. communications industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to work full-time in our Shrewsbury, MA warehouse.

• This job will involve typical warehouse work and will also involve delivering parts and equipment to work sites, and loading and unloading vehicles.
• There will be times when equipment or parts will need to be delivered to or picked up from sites located throughout the New England market, and candidates must be able to adjust schedule and work late if needed.
• The service area is throughout New England, with most work in the Greater Boston area. A clean driver license is mandatory - CDL not required, but must have experience driving delivery vehicles and box trucks.

Qualified Individuals should have:

• Previous warehouse experience with basic understanding of inventory, shipping and receiving working in a high-production, fast-paced environment;
• Ability to maintain inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage system;
• Stand-up and Sit-down forklift operating experience. Certification preferred, but not required;
• Clean Driver License
• Ability to lift, pull, and push +80 lbs. continuously;
• Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction and multiplication;
• Data entry and RFS (scanning tool) experience is highly preferred;
• Necessary skills to learn our warehouse management system;
• Return materials experience a plus;
• Necessary skills to perform shipping and receiving functions;
• Reliable transportation
• Telecommunications equipment (antennas, radios, fiber optic cable) a big plus
• Able to work extended shifts, evenings, and occasional weekends.
