Summary/Objective

We are looking for a capable Warehouse Picker/Packer to support our company’s warehouse operations. You will receive, input, sort, pick and pack products and you will perform various warehouse activities.

Essential Functions

1. Process, package and ship orders accurately

2. Organize stocks and maintain inventory

3. Inspect products for defects and damages

4. Organize warehouse space

5. Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately

In this role, you will be expected to multi task across several functions in the warehouse, which may include; Receiving, Sorting, Picking, Packing and Shipping. You will become an expert in all areas of the company's operation and help where needed. Additionally, to help grow your career, you will be expected to cross-train in other departments.

Experience/Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self motivated.
• Able to work independently.
• Ability to use deductive reasoning.
• Self-motivated individual that holds themselves accountable and takes ownership of their work.
• Math Skills – ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule – hours may change daily based on department assignment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed is required.
• UPS or FedEx shipping system a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
