Warehouse Picker - AutoStore Job at Radwell
JOB SUMMARY
Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm
Primary duty of this position is to pick and process all inventory out of the AutoStore system. This role involves working with an Automated Inventory System, Conveyor System and the corresponding software. The position processes all inventory, both Surplus and Distribution, through QA order closing and prepares for immediate shipment or to be sent to a technician on the floor. This role is responsible for completing the same job functions as the Surplus Inventory Gatekeeper and the Production Order Closer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure timely and accurate inventory pick and fulfillment transactions.
- Knowledge of Spectrum, P21, and WM6 systems
- Assure order is consistent across System Platforms.
- Process orders in P21
- Send requisitions to specified department
- Take appropriate action via AutoStore interface if an item discrepancy is found (bin maintenance or cycle count)
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.
METRICS
AutoStore Order Pickers will be expected to maintain a goal attainment level of at least 100% based on the established performance metrics (TBD). Failure to meet this minimum level for a period of two consecutive months will result in MRS action.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Limited sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- Frequent walking
- Continuous standing, turning and repetitive hand motion
- Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds
BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN
Eligible for commission after successful completion of introductory 90 days.
EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
- Introductory Review - Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
- Monthly Reviews – Number of units shipped, repairs completed and warranties received and settled.
- Annual Reviews – Review same as monthly reviews for year along with Strengths, areas for improvement, and Plans/Goals for upcoming year.
