About the Role

Work assignments may vary from day to day:

In your day to day, you will be working in a team of 3-4 following shipping instructions and locating/sorting product to prepare for the loading process. Once all product is staged, you will safely and efficiently load garage door sections, track, hardware, and operators onto our trailers by hand. This position is responsible for handling all finished goods, so safety and quality are the main focus.

Work in teams of 2-4 following production instructions checking in product to prepare for the unloading process. Safely and efficiently unload garage door sections while adhering to quality control guidelines. Use of hand tools and simple math are used in daily functions to turn raw product into finished goods.

Skills needed:

• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs., frequently overhead
• Ability to bend, crouch, twist and stand on his/her feet all shift (8-10 hours)
• Good hand eye coordination
