As a Warehouse Team Member, you'll be the glue that holds our warehouse Cooler together (figuratively speaking, of course). You'll need to be a master of flexibility, able to pivot like a pro and keep up with the ever-changing demands of the job.

From unloading trucks to organizing stock, and don't worry, we won't leave you hanging (literally or figuratively). You'll have all the tools and training you need to get the job done safely and accurately.

Responsibilities: Here’s what you’ll be doing

Receiving incoming products - if you’re good at catching, this one’s for you.

Moving freight, stock, and other materials - no need for a gym membership, we’ve got plenty of heavy lifting opportunities.

Keeping track of units handled or moved - it’s like playing a game of counting, only with inventory.

Checking product quality and expiration dates - if you’re into CSI, this could be your chance to solve some interesting cases.

Performing inventory and cycle counts - think of it as a scavenger hunt, but with a purpose.

Providing shift-long coverage of the warehouse - you’ll be the superhero of the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Operating and maintaining computer and warehouse equipment - channel your inner tech guru and keep everything in tip-top shape.

Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy - just like your mom always said, a clean space is a happy place.

Interacting with, drivers, and other employees - if you’ve got a great personality, we want you to share it with the team.

Pulling and checking items accurately - it’s like a game of Tetris, only with boxes and invoices.

Qualifications:

Qualifications we’re looking for:

At least one year of related warehouse experience - we want you to know the ropes.

Ability to read and understand invoices - we don’t want any mix-ups.

A proactive, quick-thinking, problem-solving approach - we need someone who can think on their feet and solve puzzles.

Strong attention to detail - dot your i’s and cross your t’s.

Ability to build and maintain relationships - we’re all about teamwork here.

Qualification (Preferred)-if you have these qualifications too, even better:

Related warehouse/distribution experience (3 to 5 years) - you’re a seasoned pro.

Previous food distribution experience - you know the ins and outs of the food industry.

Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) - you can speak the language of our customers.

Physical Requirements (aka The Ultimate Fitness Test)

We are looking for someone who can handle it all! As a Dispatcher at IGF, you'll need to have the endurance of an Olympic athlete and the flexibility of a gymnast. Here are the skills you'll need to master:

• Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time (without falling asleep)

Must be able to bend, lift (at least 55 lb.), stretch, and climb (including ladders) (nope, we're not

sending you to the circus, we promise)

• Must be able to sustain prolonged periods of standing and walking (a.k.a. the marathon walker)

Must be able to work across temperature zones (dry/refrigerated/frozen) (you'll be our very own human thermometer)
Requires bending, sitting, standing, walking, use of hands, arms, legs, eyes, and voice (basically, you’ll be a one-person band)

Schedule

Hey early birds! We're looking for someone who's ready to rise and shine with us at the crack of dawn.

Our schedule Starts at a bright and early 8:00am, but don't worry, we'll have you out the door and off to enjoy your afternoons by 4:30pm every Monday through Friday.
