Job Description:

We are currently looking to hire a part-time (to start) Webstie developer for approximately 15-20 hours per week. This job can quickly grow to full-time as we are growing rapidly and jobs are starting to stack up.

This job will consist of working with the creative team and team to help develop a plan, design and development of websites for our customers. Most of the work will be taking the design provided by the creative team and programming it into the required website platform. We use primarily Webflow, and Shopify for our customers, but need someone comfortable in Wordpress and other builders such as Wix, Squarespace, etc.

This person will be responsible for making sure everything on the site is programmed, all links are working properly, and pushing the creativity in regards to the features and functionality of each site.

Skills needed:

• A solid eye for design.
• A lot of creativty.
• Understanding of website development and programming.
• Webflow experience.
• Shopify experience.
• Wordpress experience.
• Solid understanding of onsite SEO.
• Strong problem solving capability.
• Basic coding knowledge (we rarely do more than embed a code here and there, but some knowledge helps).
• Automation and Funnel programming is a plus.
• Must work well with a team.

Most of the work will be performed at the Manski Media office located in Bend Oregon so you must be local to work here. Some work can be done remotely. Monday's and Wednesdays are required in office days for all employees and other days are currently flex days depending on current projects and workloads.

Requirements:

• Must have or currently working on Bachelors in computer science, web design, or simlar.
• 2 years of experience required. (building some sites here and there is not the kind of experience we're looking for, just an FYI).
• Must have your own computer.
• Must be in the Bend Oregon area.

Compensation:
$18-25 per/hour DOE plus bonuses.
