Who we are:

Water-Right, Inc., based in Appleton, Wisconsin, is A.O. Smith's water quality solutions provider with a complete line of residential and commercial products and systems for a wide variety of applications, including solutions for problem well water.

What you will do:

Support Product and Connected team in product development, maintenance, and testing. Execute and report on specific products while continuing overall support of the Wi-Fi platform. Interact with internal teams and vendors to make sure all products are updated and functioning correctly. Hands on testing spanning from water testing to website platform functionality. Create detailed reports including the use of Microsoft excel and PowerPoint to inform teams on results and findings. Attention to detail and desire to learn are a must.

Product Development Assistant:

• Provide direct support to Product team
• Design and test new products
• Work with technical writer on new manuals and validation of updates
• Maintain Standard Process Spreadsheet
• Assist with quality audits of current products
• Provide detailed reports of testing
• Work closely with vendors & other AO Smith Product Development teams to monitor development of new and existing products

Wifi Connected Products:

• Be direct contact for with website architect/vendor who supports, and designs connected product
• Work with internal team to improve attributes of the website experience
• Monitor Website data and functionality – report issues to vendor
• Assess vendors roadmap suggestions to continue to grow platform
• Work with Sales on advancements including Power BI Dashboards
• Work with product team to make adjustments developers want on product
• Become on site expert for connected products – assist and train tech and customer service
• Test new valve software to streamline connection process
• Monitor web and app licenses
• Investigate ways to increase scalability, stability, and functionality of website with vendors

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-2 years of related work experience or training preferred, but not required
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Excel and PowerPoint
