As a Home Care Support Specialist/HHA at an ECL you will:
· Be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living and other tasks that enable our clients to remain in their own home-like environment.
· Provide supportive services such as assistance with personal care, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, laundry, errands, and light housework.
Requirements for this position are:
Must have ONE of the following:
1. One year of Home Health Aide or supervised patient care experience.
2. STNA
3. CNA
4. State accredited Home Health Aide Certification (We can provide information on how to obtain this if needed.)
Additional Requirements:
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Need to be up to date with CPR and First Aid. (We can provide you with this once hired.)
Desire to work with seniors and other adults with disabilities
Able to work with minimal supervision
Able to communicate with clients/families and emergency systems personnel.
Ability to pass Background Check.
***Bonus paid after specific requirements met, which will be discussed on hire.
