Penn Mar Human Services is looking for Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (Also known as PRN Direct Support, On Call DSP, Residential Assistant, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, CNA) to work afternoon, evening, and/or overnight shifts in one of our residential group homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. (PRN options available!)

- New starting rates of $17.00 to 17.50 per hour, including wage premiums based on work location and/or shift
- $2,080 sign-on bonus ($3,000 for full- and part-time Awake Overnight employees)

A Direct Support Professional (Also known as PRN / On Call Direct Support, DSP, Residential Assistant, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, CNA) is responsible for:
- Light housework: cooking, meal prep, cleaning
- Maintenance of personal care/hygiene routines: feeding, medication administration, bathing, showering, toileting
- Providing transportation to and from doctor’s appointments, outside activities and excursions
- Behavioral and social support
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Valid Driver’s License with 2 years of consecutive driving experience and less than 3 moving violations within the past 36 months
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/physical/TB/drug screenings
